The street legal 69 Grand Prix has had a best 1/8th mile pass of 6.246 @ 107.91(1.342) and in the 1/4 mile 9.947 @ 133.53(1.358). These runs were with a 467ci E headed motor running with a K&N air cleaner and Dr. Gas X pipe exiting into 3" three chambered Flowmaster.
Our next move with the big GP is our new IA 505ci motor. New
larger headers with 4" collectors will be mated to a Dr. Gas 4" X pipe and
4" Spin Tech mufflers. Also we upgraded our over taxed fuel system to an
Aerospace Ultra350 pump and went to #10 lines to replace the #8s.
We are waiting on getting the headers made so stay tuned for our report on the first full power passes.
